Stage 18B The Illawarra Release in final throws of completion.

2021 sees construction progress on Stage 18B, set within a beautifully established neighbourhood, well on schedule. Concrete footpaths and driveways are already installed, while topsoiling and landscaping are on track for completion in just 2 weeks’ time. Construction of the upcoming stages of Botanic Ridge are already well underway. Stage 18B’s underground services are all completed and titles are on track for March 2021.
