Happy New Year to all our beloved future Botanic Ridge residents. We’re starting the new year on a high note with news of all the latest works underway at our stunning Botanic Ridge.
To round out 2022, December saw the electrical works installed and concrete laid in the Banksia Release (Stage 24B). This allowed us to finalise the road pavement so we can move on to laying asphalt early next week.
Drainage works have continued in the Acacia, Eucalypt and Telopea Releases (Stage 24C). Our onsite team is now busy making preparations for water installation. Stage 24C is on its way to looking as inviting as the Banksia Release. Continue watching this space for your monthly construction updates.
