Drawn to the community by their friends raving reviews of its vibrant and friendly atmosphere, Curtis and Renae are the latest couple to join our welcoming Botanic Ridge community. Like most Melbournians, they enjoy a great cup of coffee, so it’s little wonder that they were also enticed by our beloved local café.
From the moment they stepped inside our sales office on Smiths Lane to the moment they moved in, Curtis and Renae were diligently looked after by their sales agent. This, combined with their love for the community’s family-friendly vibe, made them fall in love with Botanic Ridge.
Curtis and Renae are confident that this will be a great place for them to one day raise their family and cavoodle, Cody. In fact, they love it so much that they recommended the estate to their friends who have also purchased a block of land.
