One Street At A Time
As the days brighten and the weather warms, we come to you with our latest Botanic Ridge update. It’s been another busy month here at Botanic Ridge as construction paves the way for the move-in of the first residents in Stage 22. We’re sure you’re all buzzing with anticipation to settle into your new homes and we can’t wait to hand over the (preverbal) keys!
We also continue making strides towards the completion of Stage 24A and Stage 24B subdivisions, despite encountering some challenges and delays with material supplies and labour.
Perfectly positioned for an enviable lifestyle, the Waratah Release (Stage 24A), was front and centre for progress this month. The kerb and channel, and asphalt works are currently under construction, meaning the roads are almost complete. Soon the lucky eight lots in this release will be framed by our sleek passageways.
In the Banksia Release (Stage 24B), drainage and road boxing has continued. Our water main contractor is now on site and we continue to push forward with preparation works for the retaining walls and concrete contractors.
