Full Steam Ahead For Construction Works at Botanic Ridge

The Excitement Builds as Every Stage Comes to Life

It’s all happening now at Botanic Ridge as construction work on every stage is well underway. From streetscapes to park features, this exclusive estate is rapidly taking shape, creating a new level of anticipation and excitement for our Botanic Ridge families.

Streetworks were recently completed for Stages 22 , The Willow and The Wattle Releases and Stages 23, The Myrtle and Blackwood Releases. Protective flagging and fencing has been installed to ensure the newly planted trees will continue to thrive during construction as builders move in and provide picturesque streetscapes throughout the estate.

The Stage 22 parkland reserve is a hive of activity as the pump track criss-crosses the landscape, while other park features are being fabricated off site.

With Civil works now completed for The Myrtle and Blackwood Releases. The development team is proud to announce it is in the process of finalising titles.

Stages 24 A&B, the Waratah and Banksia Releases, have had water mains installed recently and work has commenced on electrical infrastructure and retaining walls.

We are thrilled to announce that we have started on our unique Wetland Reserve, right next to the Cranbourne Botanical Gardens. Earthworks on The Banksia Release are almost finished, and the sewer and drainage crews are expected to be on site very soon.

So much is happening right now at Botanic Ridge, we can certainly say: “Watch this space!”
