Following an active year of sales and construction at ‘Botanic Ridge' many residents are fast completing their new homes and gearing up to celebrate their first Christmas in Melbourne's newest suburb.
Loren Kinna and her family moved into Botanic Ridge in June this year and are busy preparing for their first Christmas.
Loren said her first Christmas at Botanic Ridge this year will be made even more special by her mother, who is also planning to move into the estate during December.
" We really enjoy living at Botanic Ridge and we have made so many friends since we started living here six months ago. There is such a strong and supportive atmosphere and I am pleased that our daughter will grow up among friends," Mrs Kinna said
